Patient Client Council

A powerful, independent voice for patients, clients, carers and communities

 

The Context

The Patient and Client Council (PCC) was created in 2009 as part of the reform of Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland. Its role is to be an independent, informed and influential voice that makes a positive difference and advocates for people across Northern Ireland in Health and Social Care.

The Challenge

In 2020/2021, the Circle team was awarded a contract for the delivery of Brand Identity Development Services including a brand guidelines document, graphic design services and print management.

Our Approach

For each individual item of delivery in this project, our designer discussed an initial design brief with account manager and client. An approved timescale for delivery was agreed ensuring all requested items would meet their delivery schedule. The designer then produced original striking design concepts for brand identity and graphic design items for brand launch, event and promotional materials including digital design as well as corporate literature.

Our Outputs

Circle successfully fulfilled all the requirements of the brief and we provided the client with a full suite of all assets which included:

  • Detail initial research, benchmarking and findings with stakeholders,
  • Brand strategy, brand expression, brand development with Brand Guidelines Document
  • Brand Assets Folder – Roll Up Banner stand, Corporate Folder.
  • We also successfully handled all print management
